Refunds will only be offered to those individuals who receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a Customer Service representative. What does the warranty cover?InterCure's standard warranty includes repair or replacement of any new RESPeRATE device within 1 year of the original retail purchase if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. With the RESPeRATE Cares 3-Year Extended Warranty program, FREE repairs and replacements are covered for an additional 2 years (for a total of 3 years).
